Liberclean offers professional cleaning services tailored to Airbnb hosts, real estate agents, and other customers. Our services are available upon request and confirmed via phone or email.

3. Booking & Payments

• All service requests must be scheduled in advance via phone or email.

• Pricing is provided upon request and may vary based on service scope and location.

• Payments must be made as agreed before or after service completion. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
   

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

• Valuables and personal items should be secured before our team arrives.

• Any special cleaning instructions should be communicated before the service begins.
   

5. Service Guarantee & Liability

• We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 6 hours after the service, and we will work to resolve the issue.

• While we take utmost care, we are not responsible for damage to pre-existing fragile or improperly maintained items.

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.
   

6. Privacy & Data Protection

• We collect and store personal information solely for service-related purposes. Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Modifications to Terms
